New Delhi: A Mobile App has been developed for the use of Members of Parliament. This is an initiative of Lok Sabha Speaker, Shri Om Birla.
The Mobile app has been developed to facilitate viewing and accessing information related to the Parliamentary proceedings, papers and some historical documents in their hand held devices. Initially, a beta version was developed with minimum features only. Later on, many additional features were added on to the App.
Announcing the launch of the Mobile app in Lok Sabha, Shri Birla informed that the Mobile App will be accessible on mobile devices like phones and tablests and will allow the MPs to access Parliamentary proceedings, debates, documents, papers etc in one app.
The App can be downloaded both from the Android and IOS app stores.
The Members of Parliament can view the following features through the App:

• Information about Members
• Bulletin I I&II
• Committee
• Legislative Bills
• Press Release of Speaker
For the convenience of MPs, some parliamentary and historical documents have also been uploaded in eBook format like Constituent Assembly Debates, Calligraphic Copy of Original Constitution, Updated Constitution, Presidential Speeches and Parliamentary Procedures.
