New Delhi : Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla, today, stressed that the 21st century belongs to India and youth, as torch bearers of innovation and agents of change, will lead India’s growth story in this century.
Shri Birla was speaking at Manav Rachna University which hosted its 27th Annual Convocation today.

He also praised the leadership of Indians worldwide in fields such as technology, innovation, and as Chartered Accountants, among other professions, driving global excellence across industries.
Emphasizing the vital role of democracy in India’s growth story, Shri Birla asserted that open dialogue and discussion remain central to the nation’s progress. Reflecting on the 75th year of India’s Constitution, he reaffirmed the nation’s commitment to constitutional values, which steered its path to success. Mentioning about former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who overcame humble beginnings to achieve excellence in education, technology and leadership, the Speaker urged the students to channelise their energy and determination to change the world for the better, embodying the spirit and resolve of every Indian.
