Gachadhipati Jainacharya Shri Vijay Nityananda Surishwar Ji, Acharya Shri Vijay Chidanand Suri Ji, Acharya Shri Jayanand Suri Ji, Muni Shri Moksanand Vijay Ji, Guide of the Festival, Mr. Ashok Jain, Mr. Sudhir Mehta, Mr. Rajkumar, All the fellow followers of Shri Ghisulal Ji and Acharya Shri Vijay Vallabh Suri Ji. I wish all of you the very best of the 150th birth anniversary of Maha Yojna of Yugadrishta, Vishwavandya Vibhuti, Kalikal Kalpataru, Punjab Kesari Acharya Shri Vijay Vallabh Suri Ji.

This New Year is a year of spiritual aura, a year of inspiration. It is my privilege that I have got the opportunity to participate in this event and receive blessings from all of you. Through the birth year festival, where on one side the principles of non-violence, numerous and aparigraha of Lord Shri Mahavir Swami are being broadcast, at the same time the messages of Guru Vallabh are also being transmitted to the people. I especially congratulate Gachadhipati Acharya Shrimad Vijay Nityanand Surishwar Ji Maharaj for these grand events. I was blessed with your philosophy, blessings and good fortune in Kanwat village of Vadodara and Chhota Udaipur. Today again I have the opportunity to appear before you, which I consider to be one of my virtues. Santjan Acharya Srimad Vijay Nityanand Surishwar Ji Maharaj says that the land of Gujarat gave us two Vallabhs and this thing was mentioned just now. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in political field and Jainacharya Vijay Vallabh Surishwar ji Maharaj in spiritual field. By the way, I see a similarity between the two great men. Both of them devoted their lives to the unity and brotherhood of India. I am fortunate that the country gave me the opportunity to launch the world’s highest ‘Statue of Unity’ by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and today I am fortunate to unveil Jainacharya Vijay Vallabh ji’s ‘Statue of Peace’.

India has always shown the whole world, humanity, the path of peace, non-violence and fraternity. These are the messages whose inspiration the world gets from India. For this guidance, the world is once again looking towards India. I believe that this ‘Statue of Peace’ will become an inspiration for peace, non-violence and service in the world.

Acharya Vijayvallabh Ji used to say- “Religion is not a lake tied in embankments, but a flowing stream which should be available to everyone equally”. His message is very relevant to the whole world. In the expansion of his life, it is necessary to talk about him repeatedly, his life philosophy should be repeated. He was also a philosopher, a social reformer. He was also a visionary, and a public servant. He was also a devout poet like Tulsidas, Anandaghan and Meera and was also a dreamer of modern India. In such a situation, it is very important that his message, his teachings and his life reach our new generation too.

If you look at the history of India, you will feel, whenever India has needed inner light, some sun has risen from the saint tradition. Some big saint has been in our country in every period, who has given direction to the society in view of that period. Acharya Vijay Vallabh ji was one such saint. During that period of slavery, he traveled from village to village, city to city on foot, trying to awaken the country’s pride. Today, we are moving towards 75 years of independence. We have gone through one aspect of the freedom movement in one form or the other in front of the world, but it has to be remembered always that the backward movement of India’s freedom movement came from the Bhakti movement. Through devotional movement to people, saints from every corner of India, Mahanto, Rishimunis, Acharyas, Bhagavantas awakened that consciousness. A chair was prepared and that chair gave great strength to the freedom movement later and there were many saints in the country who had many saints in preparing that whole chair. Guru Vallabh had a great contribution which set the bench for the freedom movement but today in the 21st century I want to make an urge to the Acharyas, to the saints, to the Bhagwantas, to the storytellers, just as the independence movement started from the Bhakti movement Hui, Bhakti movement gave strength, in the same way, the work of preparing the chair of self-reliant India is also with our saints, Mahants and Acharyas. Wherever you go, wherever you speak, be your disciple or your progeny, this message should continue to reach every person of your country continuously and that message is ‘Vocal for Local’.

The idea of great men and saints is immortal because what they say, what they say, they live in their lives. Acharya Vijayavallabh ji used to say- “The duty of sage mahatmas does not end only in the welfare of their souls”. “He also has a duty to always try to destroy ignorance, discord, unemployment, asymmetry, blind faith, laziness, addiction and bad customs, which thousands of people of society are suffering”. Inspired by his social philosophy, today, in his tradition, how many youths are joining for social service, taking a pledge of service. Santjan, you all know very well that these subjects were closest to Acharya Shri’s heart through service, education and self-reliance. Despite all the challenges of the period of slavery, he preached education everywhere. Established Gurukuls, Schools and Colleges. He had called it “Ghar-Ghar Vidya Deep Jale”. But he also understood that the education system created by the British could not be helpful in the freedom and progress of India. Therefore, in the schools and colleges that he established, education was given the color of Indianness and Indian color, just as Mahatma Gandhi had dreamed of Gujarat Vidyapeeth, the dream was seen by Guru Vallabh. In a way, Acharya Vijayvallabh ji started a campaign to make India self-reliant in the field of education. He laid the foundation stone of many educational institutions with Indian values in many states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra Uttar Pradesh. Today, with his blessings, many educational institutions are working in the country.

These educational institutions of Acharya ji are like a garden today. They are serving the country by becoming schools of Indian values. In this journey of more than a hundred years, how many talented youth have come out of these institutions. How many industrialists, judges, doctors and engineers have left these institutions and made an unprecedented contribution for the country. Another special thing of these institutions has been women education, women education. Today, the country owes its contribution to the field of women’s education. She also raised the importance of female education in those difficult times. Many girls have got girls established and women have been mainstreamed. Vijay Vallabh ji started the tradition of preaching Jain sages in the assembly. The message of their efforts was that women should get this status of equality in society and education. End discriminatory thinking and practices. If you look today, you will find that there are so many changes in this direction in the country. The country has enacted a law against misdeeds like triple talaq. Such sectors are also being opened for women where till now their work was forbidden. Now the daughters of the country are getting more options to show their valor in the armies. With this, the new ‘National Education Policy’ is now going to be implemented in the country. This policy will modernize education in the Indian environment as well as create new opportunities for women.

Acharya Vijay Vallabh ji used to say – do not neglect the duties of the nation and should follow. In his life too, he used to live the mantra of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. Following this truth of humanity, he went beyond the boundaries of caste, creed and sect and worked for the development of all. He inspired the able section of the society to serve the common man living on the last rungs of development, which Guru Vallabh Ji used to show what Mahatma Gandhi used to say. He should provide basic facilities to the last person of the poorest of the poor. The impact of his inspiration is being seen by you and you across the country. With his inspiration, houses have been built for the poor in many cities of the country, hospitals have been made, employment opportunities have been provided to them. Today, many organizations across the country, under the name Atma Vallabh, are taking responsibility for the future of poor children, helping mothers and sisters for living, treating the poor and the sick.

The life of Acharya Vijayavallabh ji was full of kindness, compassion and love for every living being. That is why, with his blessing, Birds Hospital and many gaushalas are also running in the country. These are not ordinary institutions. These are rituals of the spirit of India. These are the hallmarks of India and Indian values.

Today, the country is strengthening the same human values of Acharya Vijay Vallabh ji for which he had dedicated himself. This difficult time of the Corona epidemic was a test of our service, our solidarity. But I am satisfied that the country is meeting this test. The country has not only kept the spirit of poor welfare alive but has also set an example before the world.

Acharya Vijay Vallabh Suri Ji used to say- “It is the religion of every Indian to serve all beings. Today, we have to move forward with this word as our mantra. We have to think in our efforts that what will benefit the country, how will the welfare of the poor of the country. Like I said in the beginning – ‘Vocal for Local’ is a very big medium and its leadership will have to be raised. Saints, Mahants, sages have to carry forward this mantra. This time on Diwali and all festivals, the way the country strongly supported the local economy, it is really going to give new energy. We have to keep this thinking, this effort even further. Come, let us all pledge on the 150th birth anniversary of Acharya Vijay Vallabh ji that all the works that he started in his life, we should be able to do all those works with full dedication, with full dedication Will increase. Together we will make India self-reliant not only economically but also ideologically. With this resolve, many best wishes to all of you. You all stay healthy, be happy. Greeting all the Acharyas and Bhagwantas, I am seeing all the Sadhvi Maharaj from here too. I also got an opportunity to come among you all on this holy occasion, this is my good fortune. Once again I bow to my speech by bowing to all the saints, mahants and acharyas.
