New Delhi: Congress MP Sh. Anand Sharma led Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs will discuss the ‘Administration, Development and People’s Welfare in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh alongwith Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The committee has also selected the sensitive subject of ‘National Security, Intelligence Coordination, Counter-Terrorism and Left-Wing Extremism’ in details.
Police – Training, Modernisation and Reforms; Prison – Condition, Infrastructure and Reforms; Border Management – Coastal Security; Disaster Management; and Rising Crime in Delhi and NCR – are other subjects which will be discussed by the committee.
