New Delhi : The Central government has shared the list of bills it would take up in the upcoming winter session of Parliament, beginning Dec 4. Nineteen Bills have been put on legislative business while two on financial business. The list includes the three new criminal laws — The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, The Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners appointment bill among others. Below is the list of Bills:

The winter session of the Parliament this year will conclude on Dec 22.
